THE PRIZE OF OUR MAGAZINE

Our school, among other activities has been publishing the magazine "Fterougismata" since 1997.    
   Its a magazine of  34 page and its topics have to do not only with the pupils but also with the residents of the village (history, customs traditions).
   With the second issue, we participated in the panhellenic competition of the newspaper "NEA". In this competition in wich participated more than 300 scools from all over Greece, "Fterougismata" won the first price, a success that filled us with joy, safisfaction and pride.
   The price giving took place in Athens  in May 1998. Present were the Minister of Education Mr  Arsenis, the Minister of Press Mr Reppas, the Vice Minister of Press Mr Athanasakis, the Mayor of Athens Mr Avramopoulos and other officials. The representatives of our school were the teachers  Kontokosta Ourania, Papachristou Asterios, Gazetis Ioannis and the pupil Papanastasis Asterios.
