FIRST PRIZE IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION  

For its projects in the Environmental Education, our school won the first prize, among the primary schools of our Prefecture.
   The prize was given to our school by the Minister of  Macedonia and Thrace Mr Magriotis, during a special celebration which took place in Thessaloniki in       June 1999.
  

 One more success for our school. The painting of our pupil Rentziou Stela   (E/  class) won the second prize in the  World Competition of Painting, which took place in Tokyo, Japan. 48 countries with 24.000 paintings participated in this competition.                                
   The prize was awarded to Stela by Mr Gotsinas Nikos and Mrs Christophilopoulou Fotini, representatives of the magazine "Synergasia" which is responsible for the competition in our country
